Amy's attendants bouguets

Amy and Kanda August 01 09

CONGRATULATIONS! "Amy & Kanda" Thank You for the opportunity be a part of YOUR WEDDING CELEBRATION... it was a pleasure!
August 01 2009
Well... Amy was that enough Babies Breath :) when we started planning for Amy a year ago, one of the first things she ask for was some large, full' tall centerpeices for her reception, and that she LOVED babies breath, ...
Babies breath is one of the flowers that most Brides either love or hate...when it is used in guantity, it can be quite dramatic, and fill in a large room nicely...

overall view

Low Style Centerpeice

This photo shows how a mix of high and low centerpieces can fill a large space without becoming too claustrophobic. It's important to consider that the rooms will have lots of people and all highs could make for a very crowded feeling.

The Floral Visions Design Studio "Reality Show"!

We started this blog as an avenue for a quicker way of sharing our experiences designing flowers for our weddings and other events. With daily or weekly postings of what we are doing real time, what we thought about past recent weddings etc. Of course photos will be a big part as well as behind the scenes tips and maybe even a struggle or two as we work to fulfill all our clients dreams.

putting the final touches is always a priority once everything is in place, large arrangements are more difficult to delviver, they take up more space in the delivery vehichle...babies breathe is particulary tricky, if it is put to close together it will get all connected and intangled, this particulr wedding we made 5 trips to the venue in order to get them there in one peice...delivery, and the care taken when handling flowers is most important, flowers are a delcate, fragile creation...so we must be easy with them!
